Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Financial Consultant to drive lending-related sales targets, manage collections, and educate clients on responsible credit use. The role emphasizes building new business pipelines through marketing and lead generation, while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include achieving monthly targets, delivering excellent service, and collaborating across branches to sustain brand trust and quality standards.

Formación

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years sales and/or lending experience with individual sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years client service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meets monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products.
• Meets collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.
• Educates clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management.
• Adheres to internal, regulatory and legislative governances to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
• Facilitates intra branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
• Provides excellent face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
• Builds sustainable relationships that enhances the OMF and OM brands.
• Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
