Job summary

Conrad Funds Management Limited is seeking a graduate or early-career professional to start in the financial services industry within the Treasury & Finance team. You'll work with the Finance Manager and CEO on day-to-day accounting, fund activities, and treasury tasks, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving financial business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Progress towards a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or similar) is advantageous.
• Be exposed to a broad range of business operations and have input heard.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and operational activities.
• Support monthly activities in relation to the Fund.
• Assist with treasury activities for the Fund and Trust.
• Support the Finance Manager with accounting responsibilities and audits.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and project support as the business scales.

You’ll join our Treasury & Finance team, where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our experienced Finance Manager (ex‑Big 4) and interact directly with our CEO, who is deeply involved in coaching and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting & operational activities
• Support monthly activities in relation to our Fund
• Assist with treasury activities for the Fund & Trust
• Support the Finance Manager with accounting responsibilities and financial audits
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and project support as the business continues to scale

What we’re looking for
