Job summary

You will own the month-end close process and support reporting as a listed issuer, with exposure to balance sheets, reconciliations, and technical accounting.

You’ll develop expertise across the full accounting cycle, drive process improvements, and explore AI tools to reduce manual effort while maintaining rigorous controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or working towards CA.
• Strong eye for process improvement and efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail, able to analyse results and trends.
• Able to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting, including external disclosures for a listed issuer.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across accounting workflows.
• Assist with audit support and half-year/annual reporting.
• Evaluate and pilot AI tools to streamline manual processes and improve data quality.
