Job summary

BELLS INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING PTE. LTD invites an FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and management reporting with external auditors and advisers. You will partner with senior management to strengthen forecasting, controls, and finance readiness across the Group.

The role emphasizes accurate monthly reporting, budgeting cycles, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent will be advantageous
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting / financial planning and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems. Proficiency in applying generative AI at work will be advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication & organization skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and having a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas of underperformance.
• Assist CFO & Finance Manager in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packages.

• Lead or support other ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by management or required by the Company

Position Overview

The FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting, report preparation & assist in external audit coordination.

The role will work closely with senior management, business unit leaders, external auditors, and professional advisers to strengthen the Company’s financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and overall finance readiness
