Vinarchy NZ is seeking a Finance & Claims Analyst in Auckland to support commercial excellence. You will manage customer pricing, process rebate claims, and assist with sales reporting and key commercial systems. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, AR and external customers to ensure pricing accuracy and efficient claims management.

This role offers a varied, highly visible position with flexible hybrid working arrangements and the chance to contribute to a fast-growing, global wine company.

Formación

• Finance/pricing/claims administration or similar commercial support background.
• Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with systems and data to ensure accuracy across complex processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer pricing and rebates accurately.
• Process rebate claims and support sales reporting.
• Maintain key commercial systems and provide timely reporting.

About the Role

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an exceptional the Finance & Claims Analyst to join our Auckland team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance NZ, you will play a pivotal role in supporting commercial excellence across our New Zealand business. You'll be responsible for managing customer pricing, processing rebate claims, supporting sales reporting and maintaining key commercial systems.

This is a varied and highly visible role that will see you partnering with Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable and external customers to ensure pricing accuracy, efficient claims management and high-quality commercial reporting.

What You'll Bring

You have experience in finance, pricing, claims administration or a similar commercial support environment, coupled with strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy working with systems and data, balancing competing priorities and ensuring accuracy across complex processes.

You'll bring strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, enabling you to build effective relationships across the business. Experience with JDE, Anaplan, pricing administration or claims management will be highly regarded.
