Job summary

Paragon Recruitment Limited in Auckland is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, repair, and install coding and labeling equipment across customer sites. This hands-on role offers full training and the chance to advance technical skills within a supportive team.

You'll need current EAS registration, electrical or mechanical/field service experience, and a practical mindset with strong customer focus. Monday–Friday work with a company vehicle, tools provided and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Current EAS registration is required.
• Electrical, mechanical or field service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer focus.
• Willingness to learn and train.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair coding and labelling equipment.
• Diagnose and fix faults on-site.
• Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
• Support customers with excellent service.
• Work safely and as part of a team.
