Job summary

Robomate is seeking a Robot Solutions Specialist to demo robotic mowers, vacuums and pool cleaners on-site across Northland. You will travel to customer homes, understand needs, and propose the best fit while maintaining strong admin and follow-up with our Sales Support team.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer-facing experience, a genuine drive to help people, and the ability to adapt to different properties and conversations. A full NZ driver’s licence and NZ work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Must have some sales or customer-facing experience with strong listening.
• Ability to learn product range and stay up-to-date as offerings evolve.
• Comfortable with in-person demonstrations and travel across Northland.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes across Northland to demo and recommend robotic solutions.
• Handle sales administration and collaborate with Sales Support to move the pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture leads.
