Job summary

Robomate in Canterbury is hiring a Robot Solutions Specialist to represent our brand, provide local sales, servicing and customer support for our growing Robomate community. You will showcase world-class robotic technology and deliver exceptional service that genuinely cares.

You will build knowledge of our products, deliver tailored demonstrations, complete installations, resolve issues, and pursue sales opportunities. Travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Robomate and support brand/community growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and care to drive positive experiences.
• Maintain product and technical knowledge to respond to sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate high-quality product demonstrations aligned to customer needs to drive sales.
• Complete installations ensuring positive new customer experiences.
• Respond to customer inquiries with troubleshooting and servicing to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify trends and opportunities for sales, business growth and improvements.
• Collaborate with teams for positive customer experiences and improvements.
• Maintain accurate product records and customer interactions in systems.
• Support events as a brand ambassador and share product expertise.
• Pursue continuous improvement and stay updated on product changes and policies.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal teams.
• Demonstrate care for community and Robomates; travel as required.
