Job summary

Balle Bros Group in Pukekohe is seeking a motivated Product Dispatcher to join our packhouse team. You will play a key role in preparing customer orders, coordinating stock from other sites, and meeting dispatch deadlines across our seven-day operation with rotating shifts.

You will work on forklift operations, maintain records, and support general packhouse tasks while upholding health, safety and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid full class 2 NZ driver's license.
• Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or packhouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with reliability.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete customer orders accurately.
• Collect product from other sites to complete customer orders.
• Keep accurate records, meet dispatch and delivery deadlines.
• Load and unload products safely.
• Operate forklift responsibly and maintain equipment to meet safety standards.
• Support general packhouse operations as required.
• Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Product Dispatcher to join our packhouse team in Pukekohe. This role supports our seven-day operation and involves working on a weekly rotating shift pattern.

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 3:00pm, plus a half-day Saturday.

Week 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 8:00pm, plus a half-day Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete customer orders accurately.
• Collect product from other sites to complete customer orders.
• Keep accurate records, meet dispatch and delivery deadlines.
• Load and unload products safely
• Operate forklift responsibly and maintain equipment to meet safety standards.
• Support general packhouse operations as required.
• Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking for:

• A full class 2 NZ Drivers License is essential
• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or packhouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable, and physically fit for manual tasks.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
