Job summary

Scope seeks a Practice Growth Manager to drive adoption and sustained success of our ecosystem within a multi-state territory. This role is field-based, heavily travel‑driven, and focused on hands-on training, onboarding, and live demonstrations of OPTASE MX2 and OPTASE Connect.

Responsibilities include ecosystem execution, customer onboarding, and in-market training, with close collaboration with RAMs and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology sales.
• Eye care, optometry, or ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to train, educate, and influence customers in live and virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Owns field execution and closing responsibility for Scope ecosystem and technology solutions.
• Leads in-person and virtual sales conversations, demonstrations, and closing activities for OPTASE MX2 placements.
• Owns closing responsibility for OPTASE Connect opportunities with non-Direct ECPs, including inbound leads.
• Partners with RAMs on joint field calls to improve close probability and customer experience.
• Trains clinical, administrative, and operational staff for workflow integration and adoption.
• Delivers onboarding, training, and implementation for MX2 and Connect customers.
• Maintains active retail execution and restocking for non-Direct provider offices.
