Qualifications

• Current NZ EWRB Practising Licence is required.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience is expected.
• Experience with overhead lines, underground cabling, or distribution networks is valued.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are important.
• NZ residency or work rights in NZ is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect overhead and underground network assets across the Wellington region.
• Conduct condition surveys and testing of assets.
• Identify faults and defects and report findings.
• Record asset data using specialist software and collaborate with technical teams.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
