Job summary

CGR Services is seeking a qualified EWRB Registered Electrician to inspect and fault-find electrical assets across the Wellington region. The role involves travel between sites, assessing asset condition and reporting on network performance, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will work in a busy, field-based environment, coordinating with technical teams and customers, and you'll hold current NZ EWRB Practising Licence and an electrical trade qualification.

Qualifications

• Current NZ EWRB Practising Licence.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with overhead lines, underground cabling, or distribution networks.
• Based in NZ with full work rights.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting overhead and underground network assets.
• Conducting condition surveys and testing.
• Identifying faults and defects.
• Recording and reporting asset data using specialist software.
• Working closely with technical teams and customers.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
