Job summary

Te Aroha Consulting is seeking a qualified EWRB Registered Electrician to join our field-based team. You will inspect and fault find electrical and power assets across the Wellington region, travelling to sites and coordinating with technical teams.

The role requires an EWRB practising licence, a relevant electrical trade qualification, and strong fault-finding skills. Being based in NZ with full work rights is essential, and experience with distribution networks is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• NZ EWRB Practising Licence required.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
• Based in NZ with full work rights essential.
• Experience with overhead lines, underground cabling, or distribution networks highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Inspect overhead and underground network assets across the Wellington region.
• Conduct condition surveys and testing of assets.
• Identify faults and defects and report findings.
• Record and report asset data using specialist software.
