Holland Beckett is a progressive, leading full-service law firm in the Bay of Plenty. We are seeking a talented Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE to join our busy family practice and work across care of children, relationship property, family violence, PPPR, and other family law matters.

You will manage your own files with support, develop advocacy skills and client relationships, and enjoy a varied, steady, meaningful workload in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• NZ-admitted lawyer with 3-5 years PQE in family law.
• Strong family law experience.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Sound judgement and practical approach to problem-solving.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor to join our busy family practice and are open to candidates who have between 3-5 years’ experience. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced practitioners across care of children, relationship property, family violence, PPPR, and other general family law matters.

About the role:

You will manage your own files with appropriate support, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and have opportunities to develop your advocacy skills and client relationships. The work is varied, steady, and meaningful.

• Managing a broad range of family law files
• Appearing in the Family Court as required
• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners
• Drafting clear, accurate advice and court documents
• Building strong relationships with clients and external professionals
• Contributing to the wider litigation team where appropriate

About you:

• NZ-admitted lawyers with 3-5 years’ PQE
• Strong family law experience
• Strong academic background
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Sound judgement and a practical approach to problem‑solving
• A reliable work ethic and ability to manage competing demands
