KingsWay School invites Laidlaw Bachelor of Education students in their third year to join a Teacher Training Programme for Primary School. The placement provides hands-on experience with one day on site per week at a faith-based school on the Hibiscus Coast, Auckland.

The programme includes remuneration and emphasises developing professional teaching skills within a Christ-centred community, while upholding the school’s Special Christian Character and values.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on teaching experience in a Christian school context.
• Spend 1 day per week on site at KingsWay School as part of the learning journey.
• Engage in religious instruction aligned with the school's Special Christian Character.
• Uphold and promote a biblically informed, Christ-centred worldview.
• Support and grow students’ faith and character.
