We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to help keep our Christchurch site operating safely, efficiently and effectively. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting workplace operations, facilities coordination and Health & Safety activities across the business.
You’ll work closely with our Office Administration Team and partner with staff across the office to help create a workplace where everyone has the facilities, systems and support they need to do their best work.
This role is approximately 20–25 hours per week. We're flexible on how those hours are worked and are open to discussing arrangements that suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the business.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our workplace running smoothly by:
No two days are quite the same. One day you might be coordinating contractors and site maintenance, the next helping prepare for an audit, organising a workspace change, or supporting a Health & Safety initiative. You’ll bring:
Experience supporting workplace operations, facilities, office administration, project coordination or Health & Safety would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We're looking for someone with the initiative to learn, the confidence to ask questions and the judgement to know when to seek support.
