Colliers in New Zealand seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to own a portion of a national retail and commercial portfolio. You will be a strong communicator, building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service while juggling multiple priorities.

The role requires 3+ years of FM experience, contractor oversight, and excellent stakeholder management to coordinate maintenance, inspections, and reporting across sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations across a portfolio of sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance providers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational activities.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and create value for clients.

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portion of a national portfolio of retail and commercial sites.
