Briscoe Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure safe, efficient operation of our store network in New Zealand. You will report to the National Portfolio & Contracts Manager and oversee planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance and facilities service delivery across Briscoe Group.
You will provide day-to-day guidance to the Facilities & Property Coordinator and drive improvements in facilities processes and systems, balancing safety, operations, service levels
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to help keep our store network running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting to the National Portfolio & Contracts Manager, you'll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance and facilities service delivery across Briscoe Group. You'll be a key point of escalation for complex or urgent issues, balancing safety, operational impact, service levels and cost.
You'll also provide day-to-day direction and support to our Facilities & Property Coordinator and help drive improvements across our facilities processes and systems.
You'll be a practical, solutions-focused facilities professional who can confidently manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
