This permanent, office-based role in Wellington, supports both our office and field-based staff. We are seeking a strong Building Support team member to deliver the comprehensive services and assistance needed to maintain our office This isn't your typical office setup. Our site is designed to be Agile, enabling staff to move freely and work in the way that suits them best. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring everyone can perform at their highest level within the site. Much of your day will involve face-to-face assistance with staff, resolving issues such as booking and using meeting room technology, ergonomic desk setups, conducting Health & Safety checks, ordering stationery, and assisting with travel bookings. This role includes carrying out reception duties, serving as the friendly first point of contact for visitors and staff, while also supporting the day-to-day operation of the building by ensuring services are set up and running smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a quick learner who is confident in their problem-solving abilities and can effectively address issues as they arise. This individual should engage with the wider team, sharing successes and collaboratively working through challenges. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both staff and building contractors is essential.
