Job summary

New Zealand Government, via the NZIC, is expanding its Facilities Team in Wellington. The Facilities Advisor will keep sites operational, compliant and secure while supporting projects and daily tasks.

A clean driver’s licence and readiness for occasional travel are required for the Wellington region. Applicants should be eligible for NZ citizenship or residency with long-term status and must be able to obtain a Top Secret Special clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a New Zealand Citizen or hold a NZ Residency Visa with long-term eligibility.
• Eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance.
• Valid full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Wellington region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities sites remain fully operational, compliant and safe.
• Support operational tasks and contribute to strategic facilities projects.
• Liaise with staff to deliver a high level of service and security-focused facilities management.

From managing daily operational tasks to supporting strategic projects, your work will ensure our staff can focus on their mission without distraction.You may be needed to work across the Wellington region, and therefore a full clean driver's licence is required.
