New Zealand Security Intelligence Service is seeking an experienced Facilities Advisor based in Auckland. You will support facilities-related tasks and projects across NZIC sites, ensuring operations are fully operational, compliant and safe for staff.
A customer-focused mindset and strong organisational skills are essential. Role may require travel around the Auckland region, occasional after-hours work, and a full clean driver’s licence.

This isn't just facilities management; it is a critical enablement role within the NZIC. We are looking for an experienced Advisor based in Auckland who is ready to move beyond the basics. This role requires understanding and knowledge of property and building systems, along with experience of core facilities services. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You'll be expected to support facilities-related tasks and projects across our sites, ensuring they are fully operational, compliant and safe for our staff. You may be needed to work across the Auckland region, and therefore a full clean driver's licence is required. Occasional after-hours work may be required and there may be potential of short-term travel out of the Auckland region.
