FASST Auto in Mt Wellington, Auckland, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our growing team. You will work closely with the sales team to support customers through the purchasing process, securing suitable finance solutions, and presenting tailored finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products.

This role emphasizes compliance, lender relationships, and achieving finance and profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving finance and product sales targets.
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products and lending processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finance applications arising from vehicle sales.
• Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure competitive finance solutions for customers.

• Maximise finance penetration and aftermarket product sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
