We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.

This is a permanent position with 30 guaranteed hours per week. You will supervise food and beverage team members, allocate daily tasks and provide hands‑on support to help deliver smooth and professional service.

You will lead by example, maintain excellent customer service and ensure food safety, responsible alcohol service, cash‑handling and health and safety requirements are consistently followed.

• Supervise team members, allocate tasks and provide hands‑on support during service.
• Deliver welcoming customer service and respond professionally to customer requests.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation and service standards.
• Support cash handling, stock management and the responsible service of alcohol.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑organised dining, kitchen and service areas.
• Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or supervisory role.
• A current General Manager’s Certificate for liquor service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A flexible, reliable and hardworking approach, with good physical fitness.

An NZQA Food Handling Certificate would be advantageous. The successful candidate must also be able to complete a satisfactory police check.
