The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our distinctive dining experiences—from delivering exceptional breakfast service each morning to providing world-class hospitality at the two MICHELIN-starred Essence, alongside the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of The Terrace. Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as rostered
• Confidently deliver menu knowledge and guide guests through our offerings at The Terrace and Essence
• Set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
• Uphold ROKI Collection’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint

About You

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment - ideally within luxury or boutique hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and service excellence
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
