To provide support to the practice in an efficient, accurate, confidential and proactive manner. The Consulting Coordinator will ensure the provision of high quality professional deliverables, coordinate all operational aspects of client projects, and serve as a key resource for keeping project execution on track. As primary contacts for client requests, they are also critical to the ability of Korn Ferry to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting Coordination
- Compile, prepare, edit, format and proof various high quality, professional deliverables, including responses to requests for proposals, reports, presentations, general correspondence and business documents, as well as charts and tables for presentations and/or reports
- Collect, assemble and summarise statistics and information, analyse trends, data and information from a variety of sources within prescribed guidelines and procedures
- Ensure all documents adhere to KF standards
- Meet and greet clients when required
Project Coordination
- Create and maintain project plans
- Ensure that KF is meeting or exceeding agreed upon commitments outlined in signed contracts by managing the project timeline execution, as well as external and internal client expectations
- Coordinate project deliverables including assessment tools, interactive learning, coaching, consulting and instructor led training
- Be aware of project staffing needs and work with necessary stakeholders to fulfill those needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for direct communication with the participants, client, faculty, coaches, and/or third-party vendors
- Support delivery of work (manage participants, platforms, instruments, results/output, logistics fulfillment).
- Coordinate materials production for client-focused meetings
- Manage delivery systems, which may include entering and monitoring key information in proprietary delivery platforms
- Manage back-office systems, which may include entering project details into SAP and a variety of proprietary business systems
- Review and monitor project financials; track project expenses; trigger timely invoice requests
- Act as primary point of contact for owned projects to Engagement and Revenue Manager for project related activities and inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Information Systems Management
- Take a proactive approach to information sharing and knowledge management
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce for executives, companies, engagements, and business development
- Stay abreast of best practice use of all internal systems
- Assist with the development of firm-wide appropriate systems, procedures, and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of the work produced
- Encourage knowledge sharing by developing networks across KF, using appropriate technology

Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or related disciplines highly regarded
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience supporting leaders and senior professionals, or relevant work experience in Project Coordination or Sales Support
- Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in proofing documents, proposals, and reports
- Advanced knowledge & proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting team demands
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional client service skills
- Research skills (ability to find and consolidate information)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience liaising with senior executives in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
