Job summary

Onslow Medical Centre in Wellington is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our busy primary care team, delivering compassionate patient care across a supportive clinic environment.

This role is 40 hours per week with rostered shifts from 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Fridays, offering a friendly, forward-thinking workplace.

Experience with MedTech Evolution and a NZNC registration will help you thrive; we value reliability, integrity and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary health care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Hold a current smear taker certificate.
• Experience with MedTech Evolution is advantageous.
• Experience in phone triaging is beneficial.
• Demonstrate an interest in occupational health.
• Maintain a current CPR certificate.
• Be registered with NCNZ (New Zealand Nurse Council).
• Have current indemnity insurance.
• Consent to police vetting under the Children’s Act 2014.

Our practice is open Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm.

We’re looking for a nurse to join us for 40 hours per week, with rostered shifts falling between 8:00am and 6:30pm.
