Advanced Personnel Limited – Christchurch, South Island is seeking experienced Hammerhands for construction opportunities across the Christchurch Region. We’re looking for practical, reliable workers who can confidently use hand and power tools, assist with framing, formwork and general carpentry, and work safely with qualified tradespeople.

Minimum 3 years’ construction/Hammerhand experience; residential, commercial or civil projects; SITE SAFE, driver licence and own tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting qualified Carpenters and other tradespeople
• Measuring, cutting and preparing building materials
• Assisting with framing, formwork and general carpentry
• Using hand and power tools
• Moving and preparing materials
• Site preparation and clean‑up
• Following plans and instructions
• Maintaining safe and tidy work areas
