We're looking for experienced Lifestyle Coaches to join our South Auckland team. In this role, you'll work alongside the people we support, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and live the life they choose.
As a Lifestyle Coach, you'll provide practical support, encouragement and guidance in everyday life. No two days are the same.
We have two permanent opportunities available, with guaranteed hours of either 30 or 38 hours per week.
Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rostered shifts may change based on operational requirements and the needs of the people we support. Applicants must be available to work rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening, which will include two professional referee checks (including your current or most recent manager), right to work verification, a driver's licence check, criminal history checks, a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing), an ACC history check, and qualification or certification verification.
