Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in Auckland seeks a Design Consultant for its flagship Experience Centre. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, hosting visitors, sharing brand stories and product insights to illustrate design solutions.

You’ll build rapport with specifiers, designers and clients, support design consultations, manage bookings, events, and help showcase our cabinetry and integration in living spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail, showroom, hospitality or building industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a design-centric retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and host premium tours, sharing the Fisher & Paykel story.
• Build rapport with specifiers, designers, architects and clients.
• Manage the Experience Centre inbox, bookings, calendar and inquiries.
