Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-level executive workflows and priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with ownership and follow-through.
• Understanding of healthcare environments and billing processes.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of operational priorities for the Executive Lead.
• Take ownership of actions, projects and workstreams to drive completion.
• Prepare briefings, reports, presentations and operational documentation for senior leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and track agreed actions.
• Organise information and maintain executive-level registers for actions and projects.
• Escalate issues appropriately to protect Executive Lead capacity.
• Liaise with managers, clinicians, finance, HR, admin teams and external stakeholders.
• Support integration of services, systems and administrative controls.
