Job summary

Tuakau College in Waikato seeks an exceptional executive manager to join our leadership team. You will lead the school's business, property and administrative operations, working with the principal to steer budgets, planning and key service contracts.

Reporting to the principal, you will partner with staff, whānau and the board to ensure resources and systems support strong educational outcomes, guide continuous improvement, and build capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional executive manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and success of our dynamic secondary school.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, strategic, and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment.

Reporting directly to the principal, the executive manager is a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic and operational leadership across the school's business, property and administrative functions. Working in partnership with staff, students, whaanau, the board, and external stakeholders, you will ensure that the school's resources, systems, and operations are aligned to support exceptional educational outcomes. This influential role will help shape the school's strategic direction, drive sustainable growth, and build the organisational capability needed to achieve its long-term vision and aspirations.
