Job summary

ClearPoint is seeking an Engagement Director in Auckland to lead strategic client portfolios and complex programmes. You will ensure quality, profitability and successful delivery while maintaining executive relationships and shaping delivery strategy across multi-region accounts.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborates with the Client Director and Technical Director to align resources and outcomes with client objectives. A flexible and remote working setup is supported.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience (10+ years) in technology/consulting programmes.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading AI-enabled delivery and executive reporting.
• Strong delivery governance, risk management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set engagement strategy and oversee delivery across portfolio.
• Manage financial performance: margins, forecasting, and quality.
• Build and maintain executive client relationships at C-level.
• Lead resource planning and collaboration with internal leaders.
• Ensure engagements follow ClearPoint standards and improve best practices.
