Job summary

ClearPoint is seeking a high-impact Client Director to lead enterprise sales across New Zealand. You will build and own a pipeline, win new logos, and expand strategic accounts with executive-level collaboration across Engagement and Technical Directors.

In this senior role, you will drive complex AI-enabled transformations, navigate multi-year deals, and align delivery outcomes with client strategic priorities, all within a collaborative, agentic-first culture.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise sales leader with a track record of closing complex AI-enabled software deals.
• Experience winning new enterprise logos and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted partnerships.
• Fluent in English; NZ market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise logos, identify targets, open doors from a cold start, and drive complex software engineering deals to close.
• Grow existing strategic accounts by uncovering new problems and expanding opportunities.
• Act as the senior commercial lead, partnering with Engagement Directors and Technical Directors.
• Build and own a strong pipeline through proactive outbound and trusted networks.
• Develop deep understanding of client goals and align ClearPoint’s capabilities to priorities.
• Contribute to account planning and executive reviews with the leadership team.
• Support pricing strategies, proposals, and contract discussions.
