The Associate Principal will work with the principal and leadership teams to promote the college's vision and values, oversee the Year 7 cohort and Year 6 transition, and lead instructional improvement and professional learning initiatives.

• Executive oversight of Year 7 cohort
• Executive oversight of Year 6 transition
• Leadership of teaching and learning programs and professional learning
• Line management of designated learning areas
• Possibility to expand portfolios based on skill set and college needs
