You will be responsible for managing executive diaries and correspondence, coordinating governance and leadership meetings, maintaining action and decision registers, supporting key organisational processes, and ensuring the smooth running of the Group Director Operations office.

The Executive Assistant role sits within the Office of the Group Director Operations and provides support to the Group Director Operations, Hospital and Specialist Services, as well as governance support to the Local Leadership Team.
Working closely with executive leaders, clinical teams, operational managers, and enabling services, you will play a key role in supporting effective decision-making, organisational coordination, and service delivery across Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Whanganui.
