Skill Requirements:
· Equipment Readiness: Ensure that the plant machinery is in optimal operational condition by conducting pre-operation checks and precise positioning.
· Attachment Management: Skilfully select, fit, and remove various attachments, such as buckets, winches, loading scoops, shovel blades, and rock-breaking hammers, tailored to specific tasks.
· Precision Operation: Utilize machine controls with finesse to execute excavation, material movement, and spreading tasks with accuracy.
· Vigilant Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye on plant operation, making real-time control adjustments to uphold ideal pressure, speed, and safety standards for all on-site workers.
· Task Execution: Follow plans, drawings, markers, and verbal instructions to ensure tasks align with project requirements and objectives.
· Maintenance Dedication: Conduct routine equipment servicing, lubrication, cleaning, and refuelling as part of a comprehensive maintenance regimen, addressing minor adjustments and repairs when necessary.
· Machinery Transportation: Safely transport and position heavy machinery according to site-specific safety protocols and guidelines.
· Attachment Assessment: Efficiently evaluate task requirements, determining suitable attachments and ensuring they are correctly fitted for optimal functionality.
· Manual and Hydraulic Mastery: Skilfully manipulate attachments using manual and hydraulic controls, making necessary adjustments during operations.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
