Job summary

Tātou Collective in Aotearoa seeks an Evidence and Outcomes Manager to turn complex operational data into reliable reporting and useful insights for Whānau Ora commissioning. You’ll enable real-time decision making and tell the story of whānau through data, partnering with delivery partners, government agencies and internal teams.

The role requires guiding data strategy, leading analytics and reporting efforts, and translating findings into practical actions that strengthen commissioning impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ leadership experience in data, analytics, reporting, research or evaluation.
• Strong technical skills with complex data and tools.
• Ability to translate insights into strategy and action.
• An understanding of Pacific cultures and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi are essential.

We are looking for an Evidence and Outcomes Manager to turn complex operational data into reliable reporting and useful insights for Whānau Ora commissioning.

About the role:
You’ll go beyond traditional data management—using data to tell the story of whānau, support real-time decision making, and strengthen our commissioning impact. You’ll work with delivery partners, government agencies and internal teams to make evidence clear and useful for decisions that affect Pacific whānau.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ leadership experience in data, analytics, reporting, research or evaluation
• Strong technical skills with complex data and tools
• Ability to translate insights into strategy and action
• An understanding of Pacific cultures and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi are essential.
