Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Pathology Courier Driver to support our Veterinary Diagnostics team in Hamilton, New Zealand. You will transport diagnostic samples between Hamilton and Auckland, working approximately 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30pm to 12:30am, while delivering outstanding service to veterinary clients.

You will represent IDEXX professionally, ensuring safe, timely deliveries and accurate handling of samples, with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Full New Zealand Driver Licence (valid)
• Clean driving history and commitment to safe driving practices
• Willingness to work evening shifts Mon–Fri 6:30pm–12:30am
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing own workload
• Basic computer skills
• Previous courier/logistics/customer-facing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive Hamilton–Auckland–Hamilton route each evening delivering pathology samples
• Collect samples from veterinary clinics across Hamilton and Auckland
• Ensure samples are transported safely, accurately and on time
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with veterinary clients
• Represent IDEXX professionally as a key contact for customers
• Manage collection schedules efficiently with attention to detail
• Communicate with clients and internal teams about collection and delivery requirements
• Complete basic administrative and tracking tasks using computer systems
