IDEXX Auckland is seeking a Technical Lead Software Engineer to steer a high-performing engineering squad within our Veterinary Software hub. You will deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions across Clinical, Practice Management, and Client Engagement domains.
You will mentor, shape architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate across teams to unite platforms and accelerate roadmap delivery.
As a Technical Lead Software Engineer, you will lead a high-performing engineering squad within our Auckland innovation hub, delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions across our Veterinary Software platform. You’ll play a key role in solving complex challenges across Clinical, Practice Management, and Client Engagement domains while driving technical excellence and delivery outcomes.
The Veterinary Software division is focused on building a vertical SaaS platform dedicated to Animal Health. Our teams are scaling rapidly to accelerate our roadmap, unify our platforms, and deliver innovative solutions that improve veterinary workflows and strengthen connections between vets and pet parents.
This role sits at the heart of IDEXX’s mission to transform animal health through technology. You will directly influence how veterinary practices operate by delivering scalable, reliable software solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline practice workflows, and enhance client engagement. Your leadership and technical expertise will help accelerate our platform unification and innovation.
