Job summary

Bradman Recruitment – Auckland, North Island is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to help expand an EV public charging network across New Zealand. The role is full time with a hybrid work arrangement and involves originating charging agreements, managing partnerships and supporting deployment of charging infrastructure.

You will work with internal teams to drive growth, optimize network performance and deliver long‑term value for clients and end users.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management in related sectors.
• Proven track record negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Originating and negotiating EV public charging agreements across New Zealand.
• Managing key commercial partnerships and supporting deployment of charging infrastructure at third‑party sites.
• Collaborating with deployment, legal, finance, marketing and operations teams to drive growth and network performance.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and deployment of charging infrastructure at destination sites.
