Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Creator Partnerships Coordinator for Europe to lead influencer collaborations across key markets. You’ll build and manage creator relationships from micro to macro, negotiate contracts in local languages, and ensure on-brand content across Germany, France and Spain.

You’ll coordinate with Brand Marketing, Social and Paid Media teams to maximize campaign impact. You’ll work with India-based influencer teams and help elevate execution quality, while staying aligned with launches

Qualifications

• Fluent or native German, French or Spanish plus professional English.
• 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and European market trends.

Responsibilities

• Find, onboard and vet creators across Europe (Germany, France, Spain).
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights and contracts in local languages.
• Convert brand briefs into market-specific creator strategies with timelines.
• Brief creators in local language on guidelines and messaging.
• Create local-language creator content for organic and paid campaigns.
• Maintain top creators as long-term brand advocates.
• Track performance and deliver post-campaign insights.
