Job summary

Green Cross Health is seeking a confident self-starter to take the Estée Lauder counter at Life Pharmacy Manukau to the next level. You will provide outstanding service to customers, meet sales targets, and promote the brand while supporting other pharmacy brands as needed.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers 40 hours per week over 5 days, with potential weekend work. The ideal candidate has experience with cosmetics and skincare, strong communication skills, and a passion for the beauty

Estee Lauder Counter Manager - Fixed Term - Life Pharmacy Manukau

In this role you will be managing theEstée Lauder counter and looking after the needs of all newand existing clients and building the counter to make it your own. Within our team we also need a flexible person who is happy to help out with other brands and general pharmacy sales and advice.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time Position, working 40 hours per week across 5 days. This may include weekends and late nights.

Your skills will include:

• We would love someone who hasexperience with Cosmetics and Skincare.
• Ability and confidence to meet sales targets set.
• A friendly, outgoing personality in order to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of presentation.
• A passion for the beauty industry with desire to succeed and grow the counter.
• A flair for health initiatives and running promotions.
