Job summary

Farmers Trading Company Ltd in Hamilton is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to lead our Chanel counter. You will drive sales, manage targets, mentor a small team and implement promotions to grow the counter and the brand.

You will also ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards. We require experience in Retail or Beauty, a makeup artistry certificate or diploma, strong communication, and hands-on stock management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail/Beauty and achieving sales targets.
• Strong makeup artistry knowledge and related training.
• Experience leading a small team and coaching staff.

• Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
• Thursday: 9:30am - 3pm
• Friday: 8:45 - 4:15pm
• Saturday: 10am - 6:15pm

The Role:

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
