CablePrice (NZ) Ltd, Nelson Branch, is seeking an Equipment Technician/Diesel Mechanic to join a dedicated team. The role suits a self-motivated tradesperson with heavy plant and forestry equipment experience.

You will diagnose faults, service heavy equipment, and contribute to high-quality outcomes while upholding health and safety standards. A NZQA Level 4 in Heavy Plant and Equipment is preferred, with clear development opportunities and overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• NZQA Level 4 qualification Heavy Plant and Equipment, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical capability and technical skills, including diagnosing faults and servicing heavy equipment.

Equipment Technician/ Diesel Mechanic - (Based in Nelson)

Our Nelson Branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Equipment Technician/ Diesel Mechanic to join our dedicated team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated doer with a background in mechanical trades, preferably someone who has experience with construction and/or Forestry equipment. We are looking for someone that we can invest in and support your professional development. In addition, you will be joining a driven, professional business of like-minded people with future opportunities across NZ.
