Job summary

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency invites an experienced Programme Delivery Director to lead a major service modernisation programme from strategy to realisation. You will shape multi-year changes across regulatory, operational, digital and policy spaces, ensuring value delivery for customers and stakeholders.

In this senior role you will manage governance, risk, interdependencies and benefits realisation, while building capability for sustainable system-wide transformation across NZTA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-year transformation programmes.
• Strong senior programme leadership and governance experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Knowledge of governance, assurance, risk management and benefits realisation at scale.
