Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking a Senior Leader, Tribe Lead for Safety Assurance, to drive the strategic direction and effectiveness of the Integrated Airline Safety Management System (IASMS) and People Safety Management System (HSEW MS).

The role reports to the Chief Safety & Risk Officer and carries the CAANZ Senior Person, Safety Management System appointment, requiring deep expertise in aviation safety, risk management and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

• Significant leadership experience in aviation safety within complex operational environments.
