Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to design, improve and operationalise enterprise-wide processes aligning with strategic priorities, policy commitments and risk management. You will lead end-to-end process design across multiple functions, translating policies into practical controls and governance artifacts.

The role requires skilled facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive adoption in complex environments, with documentation published to the Policy & Procedures

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years' relevant experience in corporate governance, business process management, operational excellence or a related role within a technology environment.
• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalise end-to-end enterprise processes and drive change adoption.
• Provide senior management and governance forums with clear performance insights and reporting. Translate complex data into concise narratives that highlight systemic issues, trade-offs, and strategic implications.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and secure endorsement. Integrate enterprise, domain, platform, and delivery teams through effective stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic insight.
• Develop change-management approaches that support the adoption of new governance processes through engagement, communication, and sense-making.
• Publish updated process documents, procedures, and stakeholder endorsements on the central Policy & Procedures Portal in a timely manner.
