Job summary

Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand is seeking an Analytics Platform Manager to own the strategic direction and ongoing development of the enterprise analytics platforms within the Corporate Data Platform. You will lead governance, security, and lifecycle management while enabling self-service analytics for a wide user base across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent depth of experience.
• 8–12 years' experience in analytics or data platform environments.
• Experience in platform ownership or governance.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise analytics platforms, data governance, security and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, operation and ongoing development of Health New Zealand's enterprise analytics platforms.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance and lifecycle practices for analytics platforms.
• Lead governance, risk management and security across analytics solutions.
• Enable self-service analytics with secure, trusted data access.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analytics developers and stakeholders to scale analytics.”
