Responsibilities

• Growing Our Engineering Business: developing and executing the strategy for McKay's Engineering function; identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and open new markets; working with operational and commercial leaders to win new work; contributing to bids, proposals and solution development; representing McKay with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Building an Outstanding Team: leading, coaching and developing a team of engineers; creating an environment where people can do their best work; growing capability and future leaders; attracting and retaining great people; fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Delivering Engineering Excellence: providing technical leadership across projects; supporting teams to solve complex challenges; ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard; driving innovation and continuous improvement.
