Job summary

MYOB is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one or more squads in our Tech team, guiding delivery and mentoring teams to achieve our product and technology roadmaps. You will work with leaders to set service level objectives and ensure alignment with development and security standards.

You will balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic aims and contribute to MYOB’s mission of helping businesses thrive.

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at MYOB, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and encouraging a squad or multiple squads within our Tech team. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine technology leadership with coaching and mentoring, ensuring the seamless delivery of our product and technology roadmaps. You will work closely with other leaders to establish and meet service level objectives, following MYOB’s development and security standards carefully. Your efforts will support the successful implementation and balance of both short-term delivery goals and long-term strategic aims, making a meaningful contribution to MYOB’s mission!
